Part of our job is making sure you know how to use your new tools. We want you to take full advantage of all the functions and features of your new site, so we provide one-on-one training for you and your staff. Until you know how to make everything run without a hitch, our design work isn't finished.
Many of our installations allow clients to update and manage their own content, but just because you can doesn’t mean you have to. If you're too busy, or would rather leave everything to professionals, we're here to help. We offer a variety of support plans and web maintenance contracts that will keep your content fresh and your website running smoothly.
Service Plans
Whether you update your site once a month, twice a month, or even daily, we have a plan that suits your needs. We can also build a custom plan specifically for your business. Our support clients can request site updates at any time. These may include simple text changes, design tweaking, or the addition of complex functionality and tools. As a support client, you'll be guaranteed fast and efficient updates, and a quick fix to any glitches or problems. We can do regular service updates on a schedule that suits your needs, or we can work for you on a retainer basis, so that we're there whenever you need updates, additions (including completely new pages), or simple telephone support. Our maintenance and support contracts are backed by a service level agreement (SLA) to ensure all requests are dealt with in a timely fashion. Your contract will cover the following areas:

- Programming
- Account management
- Database maintenance
- Project management
- Usability & accessibility advice
Each month, we provide you with a schedule that details the updates we have undertaken, resources used to carry out the request, the time each update took and the total time/budget used to date.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Our intention is to fix all code-related bugs within 2 to 48 hours and to rectify any server downtime within a 2 to 12 hour period—although in practice it's usually faster. Our full SLA can be provided on request.
